Dallas–Fort Worth

Commercial Concrete Contractor in Dallas–Fort Worth

DFW builds more industrial square footage than almost any market in the country. We bid and self-perform the concrete scopes that carry those buildings: slab-on-grade floors, foundations, dock aprons, truck courts and heavy-duty site paving.

  • Bidding to GCs, developers and design-build firms
  • Plan and specification driven line-item pricing
  • Volume pricing on large slab packages
  • Coverage across every DFW industrial submarket

Scopes We Bid

  • Warehouse and manufacturing slab-on-grade
  • Spread footings, grade beams and pier caps
  • Tilt-wall foundations and panel casting beds
  • Dock aprons, truck courts and trailer storage
  • Equipment pads and machine foundations
  • Concrete demolition and replacement

How We Bid

Send drawings, specifications, the geotech report and the bid date. We take off quantities, review the placement sequence against your schedule, and return line-item pricing with the assumptions and exclusions stated clearly.

If something in the documents conflicts — a flatness spec that the joint layout cannot support, or a mix that does not fit the placement method — we raise it during the bid period.

Schedule Coordination

Concrete sits on the critical path for most industrial projects. We sequence placements around steel erection, underground utilities, dock equipment and building enclosure, and we reserve batch plant capacity ahead of large pours.

Submarkets We Cover

South Dallas and the Inland Port, the I-35W Alliance corridor, the Great Southwest district, the DFW Airport submarket, and the eastern US-80 and I-635 corridors.

Quality & Testing

We coordinate with the owner's testing lab on slump, air, temperature, cylinder breaks and floor flatness surveys, and we build our placement plan so the results are defensible rather than argued after the fact.

Volume Pricing

Larger placements and larger total square footage produce better unit pricing. We publish the volume bands we bid against rather than fixed per-square-foot numbers, because thickness, reinforcement, subgrade and flatness change the number entirely.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you bid to general contractors only?+

Most of our work is subcontracted to general contractors, but we also bid directly to developers and owners on facility expansions and replacement work.

What is the minimum project size?+

Our estimating and crews are set up for commercial and industrial work, generally starting around 10,000 square feet of slab or an equivalent structural concrete scope.

Can you meet a compressed bid date?+

Yes, if the documents are complete. Send the drawing set and specification sections as early as possible so takeoff and supplier pricing can be confirmed.
