Industrial site paving
Commercial Concrete Paving Contractor
Site paving is the scope that carries every vehicle that ever visits the facility. We build concrete drive lanes, fire lanes, parking fields, curb and gutter and heavy-duty pavement sections on commercial and industrial developments.
- Heavy-duty and standard-duty pavement sections
- Curb, gutter, walks and ADA-compliant ramps
- Fire lanes built to municipal requirements
- Phased construction on occupied sites

Pavement Design Compliance
Pavement sections, jointing and reinforcement follow the civil drawings and municipal standards for the jurisdiction. We flag conflicts between the plan section and the actual traffic loading during the bid period.
Scopes Included
- Drive lanes, fire lanes and entry aprons
- Parking fields and employee lots
- Curb and gutter, valley gutters, flumes
- Sidewalks, ADA ramps and truncated domes
Base & Subgrade
Concrete pavement performs only as well as what is under it. Stabilization, moisture conditioning, proof rolling and base compaction are executed and documented before placement.
Jointing & Durability
Joint spacing, dowelling at construction joints and proper saw-cut timing control cracking and load transfer. Finishing and curing are matched to the exposure and traffic the pavement will see.
Traffic Phasing
On active facilities, paving is phased so access, dock operations and emergency routes stay open, with temporary traffic control and clearly staged cure areas.
Demolition & Replacement
Saw cutting, removal, haul-off, subgrade repair and replacement of failed pavement panels, including converting rutted asphalt areas to concrete.
