Commercial Foundations & Equipment Pads

Everything above the foundation depends on layout accuracy. We build footings, grade beams, pier caps, tilt-wall foundations and equipment pads to survey-verified lines and elevations, with embeds set where the steel and equipment actually need them.

  • Spread footings, grade beams and pier caps
  • Tilt-wall foundations and panel casting beds
  • Anchor bolt templates and embed setting
  • Machine bases and vibration-rated pads

Building Foundations

  • Continuous and isolated spread footings
  • Grade beams and perimeter walls
  • Drilled pier caps and dowel connections
  • Column pedestals with anchor bolt templates

Tilt-Wall Scopes

Where the project uses tilt-wall construction, we handle the foundation and casting bed scopes that precede panel casting, including bond breaker slab areas, footing pockets and embed coordination with the panel engineer.

Equipment & Machinery Pads

Machinery pads are engineered around the equipment, not just the floor. Mass, isolation, anchor tolerance and embedded services all come from the equipment cut sheets and the structural detail.

  • Isolated pads to limit vibration transfer
  • Precision anchor bolt placement
  • Embedded conduit, sleeves and grout pockets
  • Thickened floor sections under racking and lifts

Layout & Survey Control

Foundation layout is established from project control points and verified before and after placement, so steel erection and equipment setting proceed without field modification.

Texas Soil Conditions

Expansive clays drive foundation design across North Texas. We build to the geotech recommendation — moisture conditioning, select fill, void form and reinforcement details all followed as specified rather than substituted.

Ancillary Structures

  • Retaining and screen walls
  • Dock pits, ramps and trench drains
  • Transformer, generator and tank pads
  • Bollards, guard posts and light pole bases

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you install drilled piers?+

Pier drilling is coordinated with specialty drilling partners; we perform the cap, dowel and structural concrete scopes tied to them.

What tolerance can you hold on anchor bolts?+

We set anchors with templates and verify by survey to the tolerance the structural or equipment specification requires.

Can you pour equipment pads inside an operating plant?+

Yes, in phases planned around production windows, with containment and cure time built into the schedule.
